If anybody at MS figures out what THEY are doing wrong - please let me know - until then, I will still be sticking pins in my Bill Gates voodoo doll. Why in God's name should I have to jump through hoops to try and make IE9 work the way it's I had not had any major problems with everything up through IE6. I decided to try IE9 thinking that it being the newest (and hyped as "the answer to all my problems") that MS would probably try the hardest to make it work right. I read all the reviews of 7, 8 & 9 and found none to be any better than the others.

I've used IE since its inception and decided to upgrade from IE6 when all my programs said it was no longer supported. I tried going thru Startup and Services and disabling programs - after about 8 hours straight of trying this and that, then rebooting, starting IE9 & finding it did squat each time, I said WTF! Someone else has this problem - I was thinking that out of the hundreds of users of IE9 there had to be someone else that uses the Snipping Tool and had this problem. You can share your snips to other users, but it’s only limited to other Microsoft programs and four social media platforms - Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, and Instagram.Well, I don't believe it.
